Article 1: Purpose These general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter "GTC/GCU") govern the contractual relations between G2RD, represented by Mr. Sébastien Gérard, Individual Entrepreneur, and any user of the site https://g2rd.fr.
Article 2: Services Offered G2RD offers the following services:

- WordPress Training
Article 3: Access to the Site Access to the Site is free and open to any user with an Internet connection. Costs related to access (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
Article 4: Order and Services 4.1. Order : All orders for services are made via the contact form, the SureCart module integrated into the site or by email to contact@g2rd.fr. A quote will be drawn up and sent to the customer for validation. 4.2. Order validation : The order is validated upon receipt of the signed quote and payment of a deposit, if applicable. 4.3. Time limit : The completion times are indicated on the quote and may vary depending on the complexity of the service.
Article 5: Rates and Payment Terms 5.1. Rates : The prices of the services are indicated in euros (€). As a self-employed entrepreneur, G2RD is not subject to VAT, in accordance with article 293 B of the General Tax Code. 5.2. Payment Terms : Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card via Stripe, or PayPal. Specific payment terms are detailed on the quote. 5.3. Payment security : Online payments are secured by SureCart, Stripe and PayPal, which use advanced security protocols to ensure the protection of financial data. 5.4. Late payment : In the event of late payment, late payment penalties may be applied in accordance with current legislation.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of validation of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs, if applicable. This right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and the execution of which has begun with the express prior agreement of the customer.
Article 7: Liability G2RD is committed to implementing all necessary means to guarantee the best quality of services. However, G2RD cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network (loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, etc.) or the online payment services of SureCart, Stripe and PayPal.
Article 8: Intellectual Property All elements of the Site (logos, texts, graphics, images, etc.) are the exclusive property of G2RD. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the Site is prohibited without the prior authorization of G2RD.
Article 9: Protection of Personal Data The information collected on the Site is intended for G2RD and is used exclusively for processing user requests. In accordance with the amended "Informatique et Libertés" law of 6 January 1978, users have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them.
